Coolest band I've heard in a while. Definitely a bunch of musician's musicians. When is the last time you heard 7/4, 5/4, and 4/4 all come together so amazingly and groove this hard?

I know and play (or have played) w/most of those guys (and Bernard Wright). It's definitely a bunch of sick sick musicians. If you want to hear another awesome local (Dallas) band made up partly of U of North Texas jazz guys, check out Midlake (in particular, get the brilliant "Trials of Van Occupanther" album).

And Sean, the keys player, is also a SIIIIIIIIICK drummer, by anyone's standards.
