PC Users... Best Way To Transfer iTunes Library

Ok, Mac guy looking for some help from PC users. What's the best way to transfer an iTunes library from one PC to the other... hopefully with everything intact (purchased songs still showing up in the purchase tab etc.)?

Any help would be appreciated. PCs scare me lol.

Hmmm

I was able to just copy my Itune mp3s over to a second PC that uses winamp.

I dug down into my folders and found the Itunes mp3s and did just the normal right-click copy paste thing.

Pasted them into the network share drive of my other computer, then imported them into Winamp.

NOt sure if this is the best way to do Itunes, though.

Does anyone have a good cloud based file storage system where you could upload all your mp3s. I have so much stuff on varuious computers and hard drives. I thought aboutnsetting up my own network attached storage, but want a cheap or free offsite solution for lots of files. Talking greater than 50 gb
