The Orange sunshine is a fuzz made by Vintage Tech.I got it in a trade from a forumite ,theelectric.
It has a wierd 8.4volt battery ,it looks like a C battery with snap clips either end.It also has a 9volt clip if you choose to use it.

I thought the builder choose that battery for tone reasons,but I heard no differance with a 9v.

It appears to be a standard FF curcuit of sorts.It's kinda spitty ,notes cut off,but it sings forever with a comp after it.
It has no knobs ,just a foot switch.its pretty cool,don't now if I'm gonna keep it yet,I have a lot of fuzz.Heres a link to the pics

The jacko is CRAZY.I have one of the early protos .Mine has a HUDGE knob on it so you can turn it with your foot.I might have Sean rehouse it in a wah.No I havn't done any clips for Sean.When he wants to scare off all these people beating his door down,I'm sure he'll call;)

The BD2 FF is deffinetly an all out fuzz.It's my #2 all time favorite fuzz,the Bad Mother F'er being #1 & Keeleys best pedal ever IMHO.It also does sweet OD tones as well.It has all the regular bd2 modes plus a switch that adds 2 germ trannies.Killer pedal,Ilove it.

Who makes the fuzzdrive 2 & break off with the "special fuzz" info.You can't drop something like that & just leave it there.

Marshall Lead & Bass 20 Reissue (2061X) through an old, stock Marshall 4x10 (1965A)

Koch Twintone through a Vintage 30 ensconced in a purple Trutone 1x12 cab. It's the purple that makes the tone sweet.

Most of my guitars are single-coil or P-90 (or humbucker-sized P-90) equipped.

I've got my brain set on either a Gabriel Voxer or a 65amps London for the near future, maybe next year.

For bass, I'm playing a Warwick 'Bleached Blonde' through a Hartke head/4x10 rig that I borrowed, but I'm looking at a nice Eden head and an SWR 2x10 or Eden 10/15 for the future.

I use it to give a different style of overdrive (I run it through the clean channel), not necessarily more drive. In general, I prefer to get my OD from the amp, not the pedalboard.

Tonight it was two of my Murphy's,Mary Kay,and Mary Ford,through my Vibro-King,a Dual Professional,DC-30,and Lightning.
Tomorrow I'll fire up both Victoria Twins,the Tone Master,and my old 69' metal front 50 watt Marshalll(maybe I'll fire up something else while I'm misbehavin),

Lately, I usually play thru a pair of Fenders from these three:

68 Deluxe Reverb (modified/6L6 tubes and a larger tranny)
70 Deluxe Reverb w/JBL K120 speaker (that I got from E. Johnson)
63 Vibrolux (often with Peavey Valverb in front)

For distortion on these amps, either a FDII or old TS-9, also some fuzzier ODs such as DOD Classic Fuzz or Prescription Experience.

Other amps that I use from time to time:

Budda Stringmaster head & 212 (generally don't use pedals with this one)

Reverend Hellhound 60/40 head & 410 (generally use Reverend Drivetrain with this one)

Roland JC-120 (no point in using any kind of distortion with this one!)

Ampeg Jet (very cool small amp, as long as you swap out for a better speaker)

This used to be a blackface Deluxe Reverb but the cab got so ragged out with chunks of wood coming off of it that I had Rogers in Naples FLA make me a new cab in my favorite color scheme. What's nice is he also made a brown faceplate with numbers on it so I could use the white knobs. It has Hoffman 50 watt power and output transformers 6L6s and a newly reconed and re-magnatized 16 ohm JBL D120. It's heavy and loud.

The other one is closer to stock with an Allen upgrade power transformer and a 40 watt Allen output transfomer 6L6s and for now a Jensen 12-100 8 ohm NEO speaker.
