I have been just loving the Darkbursts since I got them. Here is why;

Salute (http://member.newsguy.com/~tybone/Sounds/Salute.mp3)
12 Bar (http://member.newsguy.com/~tybone/Sounds/Jazz_12_bar.mp3)

The first clip is done on the normal channel of my 18 Watt clone with volume on 6 tone on 10. The second is a 12 bar blues thing. Once again normal channel with the Voume on 10 and the tone on 1. It is one of my fav settings.

Rock and Roll
Tybone.

That second setting is excellent! Love that tone. I have DB's also. What kind of 18 watt?

Where did you get that backing? I have been looking for that one for a while. Can you send it to me please?

Hi,

Great sounding blues. Both the sound and the playing.

Any chance of you posting the backing track?

Cheers,

Mats N

Hey guys. My search for "that" les paul tone might be a little more complete. WTF do I do now? Anyway the amp was built for me my by Trinity Amps (http://www.trinityamps.com/). It is the Trinity 18 TMB-MV head. The amp has SoZo caps and a special output transformer designed by another Steve at s2 (http://www.s2amps.com/transformers.html). The sound of the guitar/player really come through and that's what I like the most. It's my little baby marshall clone that sounds like a lot bigger box. (tears of joy Smiley)

As for the backing clip, I will clean it up, loop it a bit and post it for y'all to have a crack at. I like it becuase it uses the jazz 12 bar changes. Stay tuned I'll have it up in a day or so.

Cheers
Larry

Beautiful sounding combination. I bought a LP Std and never seem to play it live.. I think I need those Darkbursts! Which LP did you put them in?

I recognize your playing. Sounds great--just like it did on other clips of yours I've heard; I don't know where. You play a two rock, too, right?

Nice tone but you should dump the backup band and find a crew who can play the blues;)

Rollie, right...I have a two rock opal that I like to play. A/Bing it with the 18 watt clone is very cool.

KHK hehe... I'm working on it.
