Tube Biasing...HELP!?

Can someone shed some light on how to bias an amp. I have never done it before but I got some new tubes and a tube rectifier I want to try in my amp. However, I have no idea how to bias an amp...never done it before.

I don't think it's too hard, but I just want to make sure I don't kill myself in the process haha. Thanks!
