Comp first. Med, Heavey, Chorus, Delay.
Volume : id place it right after dist/OD.

There was another thread about this recently. Some people recommend putting the heavy OD/Distortion first, then the light OD. The argument is that if you put the heavy OD second, you lose all the character of the light OD. Some people like it the other way around.
Most people seem to put compression before distortion, but I like to do distortion into compression for a fat, "Frippy" sound.

Agree about the OD's, but not the comp. I would put it first, but it is all so subjective.

Lots of opinions on this, but I suggest:
guitar > comp > Heavy OD > Med OD > Volume > Chorus > Delay > amp
Switch the heavy and med OD's for personal preference.

That seems to be the way most people do it.

i guess this is unconventional, but you can get a some really great tones by running everything through your compressor. most people put it first...try putting it last just to feel it out.
