In regard to my non-top boost '63 AC30 my amp tech has discovered and I will quote:

"I found several resistors on the power tube sockets that have drifted out of spec. The screen grid resistors and the control grid resistors on the tubes sockets need to be changed".

My question is: Are there certain resistors that I should try and obtain, vintage correct ones or a certain brand, that would keep the "originalness" or "value" up to snuff on this amp? Thanks

Vintage resistors are usually not worth tracking down on something like that. The tech should have a few options, and should be able to explain the pro's and con's of each.
