just got my cab...which wire is positive?

i just got a nerby custom cab, very nice, and i'm wondering which wire is negative and which is positive? one wire on the cab has a red sleeve next to the wire tab and i'm fairly certain that's negative, right?

In cabs, usually, red is + and black is -. easy way to check: plug a cable into the jack. Using a meter, touch one lead to the tip of the plug & the other to the wires; whichever wire shows 0 ohms is the +.

i got a 10" celestion g10c30 for $19 from avatar. sounds great in the cab, sounds great with my epi valve jr. head. wow... definitely a great bargain rig.
