sometime i sees the intonation screws facing the headstock and sometimes facing the other way anyone know what is the correct one

The reality is you can put it either way as long as the slots etc. line up properly. The purists will tell you that they screw heads should go towards the pickups. I put my towards the stop bar since it's easier for me to get a screwdriver on them.

If the saddles already have the slots filed in them and the adjustment screws are facing towards the neck then that would be the best way to orientate it.
