Schematic needed for 5 way with push/pull for series pickups

I'm building a guitar with three p'ups (neck=lollar CC, middle=lollar CC, bridge=some broadcaster type p'up, or TV Classic)

I want to use standard 5 way switching to get the 2 and 4 in between sounds, but I'd also like the option of having some pickups in series type tones.

I'm thinking with a push/pull pot or toggle:

2 would be bridge/middle in series
4 would be middle/neck in series

Are there any diagrams out there for this type of wiring?

By the way, there are variations to this diagram that allows neck + bridge in the middle position (either in parallel or in series) but that requires the use of S-1 switch/pot.
