I was thinking about getting a Pod X3 for silent guitar playing at night and for light record tasks into my computer. My question is how well do effects pedals react with the Pod x3 running them into the front like you would a real amp. My favoret amp tone is a blackface fender. And I mostly get my tone by using my pedal board into a blackface fender twin reverb. Will I get a good tone with the pod x3 twin reverb model with normal guitar effects.
Iv never hed a Pod before so thanks for the insight!!!!

It does fine. I like the HD a LOT better with pedals, but it works well.
The original POD I didn't like with pedals, the XT I did a little more, the X3Live a little more, and the HD... I totally dig it with pedals like you wouldn't believe...
