Basically, I need earphones that will not fall off, sound good (hopefully flat instead of super boosted bass), will take a beating, and are NOT in-ear. Or at least not 100% in-ear. If it's like yurbuds or Bose's latest in-ear designs that don't actually seal you out completely, then that's fine. Reason why is that while I like isolation, it's not exactly safe to run with IEM's if there's cars everywhere. My ceiling is about $70 (Which is the price for Shure's entry level IEMs, sounds like a fair budget).
I don't want bands or over the ear style.
Right now these two are the only ones I can find that fit the bill:

What worries me about the Yurbuds Ironmans is that it seems like the bundled earbuds are kinda like the regular Apple ones, so I don't know just how will be their sound quality, and what worries me about the Boses is that they might not stay in my ear well enough.
Suggestions?
