I'm looking to replace the TOM on my Sheena and I'm wondering if I should get a particular brand of one. I don't have much to spend on fixing up this axe. A better bridge may help intonation and sustain though.

They say Callaham and Gotoh are good choices.

Gotoh stuff is hard to beat for the money. Great bang for the buck.

Yeah, the gotoh bridges don't seem too expensive at all
But is it worth getting a fancy bridge? The ones on GFS are decent looking but much cheaper.

Callaham: body milled from billet steel alloy, steel alloy bridge posts; warm, open tone, rich overtones, improved sustain
Gotoh: body cast from zinc alloy (pot-metal), brass bridge posts; mid-range hump tone, plinky treble tone
