Can anyone recommend a Grosh dealer for a potential custom order? I've dealt with FatSound in the past, and Stu seems to have fairly reasonable prices on Grosh stuff compared to some other dealers (although his prices have come up in recent days). Anyone else I should take a look at?
Thanks.

the only other dealer I can think of right now would be www.wildwoodguitars.com though I'd only feel comfortable endorsing stu and fatsound, since they're the only ones I've had experience with.

Stu at fatsoundguitars.com.
Knows them inside and out. Great guy to work with. He'll steer you right.
No affilliation with Fatsound or Stu, but I did buy both my RCs from him on the recommendation of a satisfied customer.

Stu at Fat Sound. The price increase is coming from Grosh, not Stu.
Good luck with your custom order...I'm going to order a set neck on of these days.

I've done some non-Grosh business with the Mesa Boogie store in Hollywood, and I know they are Grosh Dealers.
Jimbo has always taken great care of me and my pals.

I orded my set-neck, (coming this week!) and my retro from Stu at Fat Sounds. Great dealer, great guitars.
Stu at fat Sounds and the Wildwood crew are great.
BTW, Good for you, Fatback!
What are your specs and when did you order the ST?
Thanks!

He knows Grosh's very well - I have bought an RC and a set neck from him - a good guy and easy to deal with.

Not a Grosh owner but I would buy from Wildwood, they are a class act.

I like A# Music in Renton, WA. They keep a good stock of Groshes on hand and I've always had good dealings with Lyle.

Steve at wildwood is probably the best dealer I have ever dealt with. Wonderful guy that will go above and beyond the call of duty if you have any problems. I have bought several guitars from him.

Stu with Fatsound for sure. I am getting ready to order a Grosh Set Neck with several custom options and he has giving me the best price and is very quick to answer my questions.

Dwes, I ordered the set-neck last September from Stu. It has the tune -o-matic style Tone Pros bridge, a big neck,circle- dot inlays, Holmes humbuckers, and some sort of Honey-Orange burst that I haven't seen yet. I can't wait to open the case!!!
FB,
That's gonna be a winner! I hope you'll post some pics and a review when she's in...I'd really like to see the color.
Congrats,
Dave
p.s. Stu's the man.

I heard that Stu actually helped design the set-neck with
Don, or at least had some input into it.
T minus 3 days till setneck...

Definitely give Dave at Guitar Adoptions a call. I've custom ordered 4 Groshs, dealt with and spoken to every Grosh dealer at one time or another, and so far my best experience by far has been with Dave.

Another vote for Dave at Guitar Adoptions. I have purchased 2 Groshes thru Dave and he has been terrific! I highly recommend Dave with no reservations...
I'll insert my shameless plug for Stu & Fat Sound Guitars here.
I had the pleasure of living a few hours away from his wonderful store for 3.5 years and was at his store every chance I got.
Great store, great selection, and a great guy who really knows his gear. Not to mention his considerable chops. :dude
Hey there, FB....
Did you get that ST?
Thanks,
Dave

So, I'm pulling out of my garage and what do I see, but a Fedex truck coming around the corner...:D
I only had a chance to unpack it and take a quick look to be sure it arrived ok. It looks very nice and made a heck of a first impression. I'll be putting in some quality time with my new Grosh tonight.
Cool! Let's see her when you get a chance. I look forward to your first impressions.
Dave
Another recommendation for Stu at Fatsound.
