curious. That Sanpera 2 just looks too bulky

kinda want to switch clean/semi clean/crunch , effected/non-effected - various tune styles/ cover band apps

I have the Sanpera 1 and it works great for switching channels.... I think the tuner on the Vypers suck.. so no being to access them from the floor wasnt a big deal....

How do you like the Vyper amps?? In my opinion they are a really good budget modeling amp.... I bought the 30 Watt first... then picked up a 100 watt combo, because I liked them so much...

thanks for the reply, man. I don't own the vyp yet - lookin' at gettin the 75 for my gig whore stuff - keepin my boooteeex at home, save tubes, etc . . . My current SS rig sounds GREAT - but I want to simplify the setup w/o going direct.

So, is your experience w/the San 1 based on live apps ?

San's 1 works good.. the wah/volume pedal is worthless.. so I just turn it off.... but other than that.. it works great for changing channels..... also note that it is not a standard MIDI cable.... it is I believe a 9 pin MIDI cable.... I dont know why Peavey would use that instead of a regular MIDI connection.

They do it that way because the extra pin carries the power to the pedal so you don't need a wall wart.
