I Tivo Letterman very night ........... mainly for the music. I saw Midon's performance a few days ago and was brought to tears by his shear talent! I played it for the rest of my band yesterday and they dug it too.

I like Letterman's remark about saving money on the Paul Shafer (sp?) horn section buy just hiring Midon.:D

The horn solo was kinda cool ,but nothing else grabbed me much.

This guy you might like too ,he does the prestonreed/hedges thing, musical multitasking on the guitar ,granted the vocals are not as smooth as pauls :)
