Incredible Myron.
That was very cool indeed. If this was really just you "wanking" as you said, you may not remember exactly what you played, but if so, what was that at 0:50??!!!
It sounds very reminiscent of the end of the "when doves cry" intro by Prince, which I have for years tried to figure out, but can't get it to sound right. HOW DID YOU DO THAT?!
Cool clip. Thank you very much for posting it. You are inspiring!

Thanks! Well for that particular part I've stomped on my TC Chorus/Flanger at it's flanger settings with the mix and intensity knobs full on. That way this weird phasing effect happens!

I have a feeble attempt at this backing. If anyone would be kind enough to host it (2MB/s). Something is wrong with my FTP at the moment???

Myron that was phenomenal! what a guitar, beside your very original approach to actual shred guitar heros in certain way you remind me a bit of Jan Akkerman, guitar player of the great dutch band FOCUS, mainly because your soloing guitar sometimes seem to sing like a furious powerfull soprano singer...Zappa behind of all that of course, but you are a TALENT man! I am amazed...
I agree with Scott : " In control yet out of control! Perfect......"

Myron your welcome, and thank you for check my music. I am just browsing your page in this moment, great site, comments, pics, demos and songs there are a banquet...your side as audio engineer is a very good too, beside musician I had been audio producer by many years, just now I am a bit narrowed caused by serious critical issues in my country that affecting negatively the work field for persons with a artistic profile like mine. Between others I make demos for names like Scarbee of my friend Thomas Scarbye, http://www.scarbee.com/news/2003.php, he is a great sampler libraries and audio tools producer I am sure you heard about already.
