What kind of guild is this ?!?!?!?!?!!?

Might get this guitar but Ive looked for a few hours and I cant find squat so maybe someone know what kind of model this is. (the bigbsy is am btw)

Strange. It has some of the characteristics of a late 60s S-100 Polara, along with some of the characteristics of a 70s S-100. Perhaps a transition model between the two, or maybe just heavily modded? It's hard to tell from that photo.

The parts that look like a late 60s Polara:
- body shape
- pickguard (sort of)

Parts that look like a 70s S-100:
- block inlays on the neck
- humbuckers
- Bigsby

What shape is the headstock? Is it the more standard Guild headstock or is it the stranger one that isn't symmetrical?

That neck joint doesn't look correct to me on the back. If I had to guess, I might actually think it's a modded late 60s Polara body that someone put a 70s neck on. Perhaps the original neck broke and had to be replaced? I suppose it could be some sort of prototype, but that seems unlikely.

Are you a member over at the Guild forum (letstalkguild.com)? If not, I could post it over there and see what they have to say. The premier expert on Guild guitars, Hans Moust, posts over there regularly and would be able to give you more information.

Looks similar to a mid-sixties S-100 except the body and headstock are symetrical, among other things

Apparently the folks over at the Guild forum have already gone over this one. Here is what Hans (the expert who literally "wrote the book" on Guilds) said:

"Hello folks,

We went over that one a little over a year ago. A Guild neck from the second half of the '70s, some Guild parts and a lot of other stuff. Not anything that could have come out of the Guild plant!
