I currently have a THD Bivalve 30 and love it. I run Wing C 6L6s through either a Avatar 212 with V30s or Marshall 425a. I have a Flexi 50 I ordered into my local shop for next week.
I'm wonder how many of you still love your Flexi?
What tubes are you running?
Is it a completely different animal?

I have a flexi and a uni. They are both great amps and are both different from each other. If I could only have one, it would be the flexi - but thankfully I have both and plan to keep both.
Of the two amps, the flexi is more like other amps than the uni - although it still has uniqueness too. It is great for classic rock. I think you will be very happy with your purchase. 6K6 tubes are great for reduced volume playing at home. KT66, 6L6, and EL34 tubes are all great for band level. It is cool to mix two different output tubes as well.

Thanks. I wish I had the money to keep both cause I love the Bivalve. It such a different sounding amp. On a side note I can't wait to try kt66 in the Flexi.

I own a THD ~ Series One Plexi, Bivalve and Flexi. They all have their own thing. I do not see myself ever selling any of them. The Flexi is the most Flexible ...

Love this thing so much. Crazy touch sensitive and crazy versatile and cuts through a mix like no other. The Uni/Bi-Valves are completely different but a cool flavor nonetheless.
