Mono/Stereo cab wiring..How?

I want to convert my mono Marshall 4x12 into a mono/stereo configuration ala Mesa's Recto cabs. Any suggestions?

Thanks Alec, that's very close to what I'm looking for. The Mesa cabs do not have a mono/stereo switch. They have three jacks. One mono, two stereo. I'm looking to run the Uni and another amp thru their own two speakers. In the same cab of course. Basicaly a wet/dry set-up.
