Does someone could explain the 3-position switch on the Timmy pedal?
What's your most usefull position? Thanks!!...

best way to hear what it does is to crank the gain... then mess around with it. The middle setting is very clear and open... the up setting is slightly more compressed, asymmetrical clipping... while the down pos is more compressed...

some ppl say they cant hear any difference, but i find it extremely noticeable, esp going from the middle to down pos. I find i usually end up in the middle pos... everything just sounds so clear.

I agree as well, except I thought down was asymmetrical and up was compressed. I could be wrong since I haven't looked in a while and I usually use middle as well.

it changes the clipping diodes...as someone has already mentioned.

the higher you have the gain settings, the more you will notice the diffrences between each setting. im assuming the middle position is no diodes hence more open sounding.

i leave my timmy gain set way down so the switch position doesnt really have any noticable diffrences for me.
