Jim just brought down my guitar last night - yea! He drove for 2 1/2 hours each way, and was here for about 1.5 hours. I did some recording while he played, and then let him have a couple of go's over a backing track. I've edited the clips and posted them on my website, but the one with the backing track is here.
Very versatile guitar! Chambered mahogany body and set neck (big, almost a '59 profile), Brazilian board, carved spruce top, '59 and JB pups, Tonepro's bridge/tailpiece. We plugged in to my main rig-my trusty Custom Proto #8, and a 2x12 cab loaded with Tonespotters. This axe does the jazz thing very well, just what I wanted. GREAT JOB JIM!! Link to the clip below.
