I have heard some great things about them.. however some of the You Tube videos I seen and heard sound pretty bad.
I have an ST now, its just okay.. nothing special about it.
Any one out there own the SE?

The SE and ST are built on the same "architecture"
The SE is just a much more tweak-able version. If you think you the ST is just OK, I don't expect the SE to wow you.
Might want to post this in the digital effects section, likely to get a better response there.
(I'd look into the POD HD series, I think they sound and feel much better if you are looking for a a direct to PA/Mixer/Board solution).

when i got hooked on pedals i gave up my old multi fx boxes (POD 2.0, B V-Amp, Digitech RP300) except for my old blue box Tonelab. i bust it out on occasion but still prefer my pedals for damn near everything.

I kinda feel the same way... I use the St for ear phones and my pedals thru the amp.
I'll leave well enough alone.

Doesn't hold up to the best individual pedals. You will have quite a price tag doing that but....... Do need all that's contained in the Vox ??
