I just found out about Shadow King (1991)and bought the album (CD) a week ago and what a killer CD !!!! Lou Gramm's vocals are dead on and Vivian Campbell's solo's are great and tasteful ! Vivian didn't play any Gary Moore licks so that was a real shocker ,but his guitar was mixed kinda low ! Too bad they couldn't have done more together ! Damn Vivian !!!! ;)

Very good CD, yeah. I overlooked it at the time because I was into heavier stuff, but my wife bought it some months ago.

Yeah,very good rock album.I get my Shadow King CD out every few weeks and give it a fresh listen.

Pretty solid album....my take from listening is that Vivian only recorded solos and fills, that the backing guitars were done by someone else.
