Cut our internet time in half and practice guitar the other half! Just half and if that's too hard, a 1/4 less time. Even a 1/4 less will work!:bonk

Cutting down internet time is generally better all the way around (imo) but replacing it with something like playing guitar is even better. Good luck with your new leaf!

what if i don't need to practice? internet is a diversion & all work & no play ...... i get ideas from the internet

I gotta agree with the OP. Throw in cutting down on TV too (did that).

When I'm on the internet I have a guitar in my lap almost continually (Danocater Tele and Vicky Tweed Deluxe at the moment).

It's not just noodling either.
