For me, it was the best. While looking for another, I picked up a Chroma Chorus and I think it's a keeper for me, though I'm still watching a bunch of TC's on EBAY. I like it (them) because they are very subtle and work well with a bit of overdrive.

Fast forward to 2:50 for the chorus pedal.

Personally I am checking into the MoogFooger MF108 Cluster Flux which is Moog's take on the Chorus/Flanger/Vibrato type pedal. The Cluster Flux can beat synced via MIDI all while using scarce Panasonic bucket brigade chips for the effect.

The Good:

High build quality
Can be used at instrument level & line level
Retains the bottom end of your guitar's signal

The Bad:

Bright, tinkly sound- no Tone control
Scoops the midrange, resulting in a thin sound. To me this is worse than a bumped midrange
Wispy, weak, scratchy flanger effect. Terrible in my opinion

The Result?:

I traded mine for a wah-wah pedal, and have not looked back.

It's my number one chorus. The key is to find the old one without the purple stripe and the intensity in the 2nd position. That one sounds killer.

got one, never use it..... but i never use chorus either. I did however, do a shootout between the TC chorus and the Arion sch-1, and found the Arion to be more lush, fuller and more pleasing overall............

just my 0.2c

If you're playing it in mono, NO.

Otherwise, don't look back.
