Any Rat Rod strats out there?

I always see teles, how 'bout them rodded-modded, primer slathered strats?

Can't say as I've really seen one. Somehow they don't seem as good of a fit as a Tele.

I had a Hot Rod looking (Warmoth) strat once, not really a Rat Rod though.

Never seen one. But, that is an interesting idea.

I'm looking to build a couple, but so far has been more a matter of collecting parts ... right now, I'm more interested in pickup matching, which is a good thing I guess.

PS ... I don't consider the above pic a rat rod, I think of it as more of a custom relic job with personality pieces/parts added as a lark.
