I click on CL and get a violation notice. No other CL in the world is affected accept Canada. Why?

If serial killers keep using it to find victims it will be shut down everywhere .

Same here.

So it detects where you are geographically based on your IP and redirects you to that TOU page if it sees you're based in Canada.

Weird.

Nope, I get the same TOU page from CT in the US. Must've just taken them a while to switch it on across the board or maybe some have old cached links to it?

Even if I go to the Craigslist main site, if I try to get to the Canada page it re-directs me to the TOU message.

Changes to DNS records can take a few days to propagate around the world. That is why some people can still see it while others cannot. Give it some time.

If I start with my local CL and navigate to Vancouver through their links it works.
