I found you just today. I have been reading threads, and rules for about 2 hours and I am already comfortable enough to say hi. Don't let the name fool you. I am a WOMAN. I always get accused of being a guy. I get called Dude a lot. I am a mother and a really bad guitar player. My brother was born with the musical talent. I am the artist. He loves art and I love music. Isn't genetics cruel. So even though I suck, I love listening to the guitar. I have always worn contact lenses so my vision was not as good as my hearing. I have developed a pretty good ear for tone. My brother on the other hand is a fantastic guitar player and never took a lesson in his life. He just picked it up as a child and knew how to play. I on the other hand took lessons for years.
I play the acustic guitar. My husband plays bass about as good as I play guitar but don't tell him.
I also have a really weird love for guitar picks. I collect them and I make them.
So that's my introduction.
