ive got an ampeg 610 cab.
some of the speakers are in it blown and ive got some shows coming up. it sounds like a turd at the moment. is it safe to unplug the speakers that are blown? i run a sunn300t tube head...

what should i do? ampeg speakers are weird weird ohms...but some how they come out to be 4 ohms...

No, it's probably not safe to do. You need to know:

•What impedance the individual speakers are
•How they're wired
•How many are still functional
•Whether that number will take the power of the amp

If you can figure out a way to get enough speakers wired up in the right way to present the right load to the amp and handle its power, you'll be able to do it - if not you've got no choice but to replace the blown speakers or find another cab. If you just disconnect the damaged speakers without knowing exactly what you're doing you may very well blow the remaining ones or/and the amp.

how do i tell which are blown?
its hard to tell by just listening... a meter?

If they have "spade" clips rather than the speakers being soldered onto the speaker terminals, you can disconnect them one at a time and touch a 9v battery across the terminals of each speaker in turn. If the coil is functioning, the cone will either move out or in, depending on the polarity.
