Hey guys,
Which size available on this page would be adequate for insulating leads on caps and resistors?

I'll pick none of the above.Caps and resistors have many different sixed leads depending on manufacturer and voltages.
You don't need to insulate the leads very often but when you do I use small heat shrink tubing. This will pretty much cover all of them.

Well it doesn't have to be a snug fit......What would be a good, general choice?

I find that my PVC jacket from 18 or 20 gauge wire is perfect for slipping over resistor or cap wires that I need to insulate. And heck if you in the middle of build there is usually a ton of it laying around.
I never throw anything away and keep a bag of cut off wires and insulation on my bench just for those occasions.
