Apparantly Dumble was experimenting with an alternative to the usual series resistor into OD trim. There is a thread from several months ago on Ampage where these values are discussed. Also, check the Dclone folder on Blueguitar.org There is a zip file with a 90s schematic. It has a funky network as well. 47pf across 470k into 120k into 25k trim with a 4.7k tail to ground.

I think the picture above has a ground point in the middle. This would change the load on the CL2 cap and reduce some bass. IMO of course.
