These guys just won the TV competition "The Sing Off" which features Acapella groups. I've been rooting for the guys since I became aware of the show, they are really really good. It's worth youtubing "The Sing Off" just to find all kinds of really good acapella stuff to listen to.
Can't wait to hear what these guys come up with for their own material, they are pretty creative with arrangements.

Kevin, the beatboxer is a genius. Search Kevin Olusola on YouTube. He plays cello and beatboxes simultaneously.

He and Ari as the rhythm section are just crazy together. I'll look up Kevins other stuff.

these guys (along with Kimbra) are THE FUTURE
I've watched all their videos like five times each, the arrangements are genius and the performances tight beyond belief -- rhythm section is NONSANE
They're going to do for a cappella today what Rockapella did 20 years ago, and moar
look at their @#$%ing brilliant version of "Gangnam Style"

thread back from the grave. :) I fixed the broken links in the OP.
their arrangements of Dog Days are Over and Love Lockdown are better than the originals IMO. Scott Hoying has huge star power potential.

Heck yes. The arrangements are downright inspiring, especially the semi-blasphemous "Born to be Wild"
Hoying is a motherflipping monster, unbelievable vocal authority and very good showmanship

I love the Brit medley too. Nice to see Kirstie get some spotlight.
