| I get a message saying that my IP is blacklisted as an open proxy |
To help us with security, we use a blacklist to block access to problematic proxies. Sometimes the service is a bit over-eager and may block your home or work IP. To remove it from the blacklist, follow these steps:
- Go to opm.tornevall.org
- Click on "Removal"
- Click on "Removal support for opm.tornevall.org"
- Click on "Posta nytt inlägg/case" (Post new case)
- Select "Proxyhjälp" (Proxy Help)
- Enter "Please Assist to remove me from blacklist" under "Rubrik"
- Give your IP in the description
- Select "Vbulletin Project" under Category
- Wait for them to remove your IP from the BL

| The Vbulletin search function has significant limitations so we added a special Google search function that searches just TGP. It is very fast and is accurate. You can find the Google search under "Search". The default is set to just search TGP......and it CAN do searches of 3 letters! This is probably your best bet when searching. |
| Is TGP optimized for mobile devices? |
Yes and no. We don't automatically detect mobile devices and change the rendering for them because some people prefer the desktop interface on their mobile device. We do have a template designed to render nicely on mobile devices. To use it, simply visit http://mobile.thegearpage.net |
