I'm surprised this didn't get more interest. These Midtowns look sweet and the rosewood boards are a plus. Anyone wanna jump with me?

Looks like the tops are flat instead of carved. Otherwise, I think they look very nice.

Skinny necks don't work for me. Otherwise I'd be all over it.

Yea, the midtowns are flat tops... funny how that ends up being $1000 cheaper.

The midtown custom neck is not that skinny... it's about the same as the 60's style 335 neck

I think that looks like exactly the kind of guitar I'd like... Except that the headstock looks weird.

I'd need a 50's neck and two volumes, two tones.

Too broke to bite but I think that's a pretty solid offering.

I just don't understand that pricing. They claim it's a carved top, but it's flat :bonk . If it IS carved, then it's a simple CNC program to get it carved with an arch. The CS models are more like $2000-4000 more, what's that about.

I bought one two weeks ago. It's my first P-90 guitar. The size is perfect, it sounds great and it is fairly light at 7.68 lbs. No problems at all regarding fit and finish. A little pickup height adjustment and she's ready for next weeks gig.
This model can be easily bought for $1105.00 (with standard 15% off coupon) And for that you get a nitro finish, rosewood fingerboard, cream binding and a hardshell case!

Here are a couple photos next to the 335 for size comparison.

I sort of like it. The headstock is kind of a turn off though. I don't think a rosewood board should be a selling point though. 4 knobs would be my preference too.
