I have owned 3 Groshes and still have 2 of them. Every one of them has been Top Notch ! Great feeling and playing instruments.

I've never played one...but I can tell just by looking at them
that they are probably one of the best guitars made.

    Wish I could afford one....ugh.

Well, I don't play anything but Grosh's anymore. More specifically, the Grosh Electrajet. They have ruined me for all other guitars. For me, they are perfect. I'm gonna get one with p90's soon (if I can swing it financially).

They are all good. Electrajets are nuts! My next guard is going to be a 327 in the bridge with an electrasonic in the neck!!!

Once you get "tower-clearance" you have to move fast. Really looking forward to another Grosh!

So I picked up an Electrajet P-90 Standard with a couple mods yesterday. It has upgraded locking tuners, trem and a tortoise pick guard. My impression of the EJ is that it feels like a EBMM Axis P90 meets a strat. The P90s are great. I've played quite a few P90 equipped guitars and these are very cool. Somehow this guitar is ballsy and thick on the bass strings and has nice clarity and snap on the treble strings. Not a lot of guitars pull this off. It's usually either a ballsy and a darker top end or a thinner low end and nice top end. Very cool guitar. Likes my fuzz pedals too.

I completely dig all of Joe's stuff. If I was ever reincarnated a guitar builder, I'd pay him whatever he wanted to demo my stuff. Always great tone...always exceptionally cool groove to his tunes. Total fanboy here.

Yeah, but it blows away any comparably priced historic that I've tried. Admittedly, I'm not interested in those that come near to JG money. BTW, you can find them used for about half of that, if you are paitient.
To me, the difference in quality is night and day...YMMV, and it's still the best LP I've ever played (except for our guitarist 58 GT- but that is anothe story, from years past.).

I'm about to join the EJ club and see what all the fuss is about. Just picked up that 59 burst with G90s on the Emporium. And the waiting begins...

Went to Rainbow Guitars yesterday and a friend of mine met me there. We played a Grosh EJ VT and Grosh EJ Ash/Maple with Electrasonics ...after playing a $3880 CS Fender Strat. ....My friend bought the EJ / ElectraSonic guitar and after playing at home last night comparing to his Suhr Strat, Suhr Classic T Tele, CS '51 Nocaster, '63 CS Fender Masterbuilt, Hahn Ash/Maple Tele ... He reported back the Grosh EJ w/ElectraSonics is either #1 or #2 along side his amazing Masterbuilt '63 Fender Tele.

Point being, these Grosh guitars are Masterbuilt class guitars and the equal of the best I've certainly played. Can't wait to get another. But for now, I'm soooo happy with my NOS Retro Custom, I'm gonna take my time for Grosh #2.

Only had it for a few days. My first p-90 guitar, my fifth Electrajet. All I can say is "wow." First of all, I marvel that every Grosh I've owned plays like a dream right out of the box. Second, the p-90's have greatly exceeded my expectations. The can sound jangly, jazzy, and can growl almost like a humbucker. This is just a great guitar.

That looks amazing! So cool. I really want to hear and play an EJ with G90's!
