I'll say the presets are some of better factory settings of any multi pedal I've ever had. A lot of very useable sounds right out of the box.

    How about thisÂ…

iOS app that can use the Line6 midi interface.

Find a setting you like? Boom, instantly on your TL.

Have a setting you want to share? One tap and it's in the system.

I didn't realize that posting links to external personal auctions was a violation of forum guidelines. PM me if you're interested in the booklet.

Here are the settings I found best match MY Deluxe Memory Man. I spent about 40 min going back and forth tweaking. I had the Grit (bucket loss) knob quite high, but thats how my DMM sounds.

I also made a video comparing the two pedals. As several commenters have pointed out, I had the mix on the TimeLine set lower than the DMM. I think it's more of an issue of how the TimeLine reacts to your playing dynamics versus how the DMM does. Depending on what I'm playing, sometimes the mix levels are the same, sometimes the DMM sounds louder. I also think the pre amp on the DMM comes into play as well.

I am not yet totally satisfied with this setting. My goal is to get it so close as to be able to take the DMM off the board (as well as the POG) and downsize to a smaller board.

They are similar but there's a lot more going on with the DMM. It seems a little thicker overall, a little darker on the repeats. The TL is thinner and brighter, but maybe if the filter knob was more around 3 oclock it would help it a bit. I did notice an improvement with the double chip setting.

What's also important to me is the feel of the pedal. It's really strange, but you can get a close sound, but it just feels different. That isn't represented in the video at all.

I just wish the DMM wasn't so huge. I had a Memory Toy, but it's no comparison to the real thing.

Is there a reason why people don't re-house them?

Anybody have a good setting for a dual 1/4 and dotted 8th? I made one that is pretty good...its a 1/4 and dotted 8th tracking at 2/3 with the original ms set around 350. Filter and grit at 12 oclock and mix around 1. It is cool, but I too am interested in other good dual settings or presets.

anyone else notice that if you hold down the A or B (depending on which one your using) button it will start to feedback (like when the feedback knob is at 100%)

as soon as you let go it fades back to the relative setting.....tons of fun
