Lovepedal OD11
I got an od11 and I dont know if its right for my board. It has a TS type sound to it to me. Is it me just not having enough time with it or is this what everyone else thinks?
I am looking for a laid back, clean drive. I have enough distortion and TS stuff going on. I also have a Zvex BOR.

TS sound?? Really??
I hear nothing of the sort. The OD11 gain structure is different, and it has more of a flat response than the bass loss / mid hump thing that the TS type of sound has. Plus it doesn't have near the compression that a TS pedal has. With the gain at noon or lower the pedal doesn't sound like a distortion pedal at all. Even when cranked it's more of an overdrive. The pedal might not be for you, but I don't know about the comparison of the two.

I have worked with this pedal for a while now and I have to say it is great! It has a tweedish sound to it. Not TS at all. Looking back, I have no idea why I thought it would have sound like a TS.

...a laid back clean od is a good description of what i'm getting from my OD 11....no TS tone...sometimes certain rigs produce sounds that just don't match the average results...there are some pedals i've demoed that had me wonderin what all the hype was about...i just move em along...there seems to be a never ending supply of pedals to try

Love my OD11. Thinking of selling it though since I'm using my Amp 11. Love the way these handle the low end.
