Can anyone here customize a tele control plate for me?

I want to put a les paul selector switch on my tele. I would rather see if someone here can do the work for me. I know you can buy the blanks but I dont have a drill press or even a drill at this point. If you can please pm me and I would pay for all the parts and labor of course.

callaham will do stuff like that; he made me one that was dead-stock except for the middle hole being moved a half-inch further away from the switch. IIRC, it was like $30-$40.
