NBA trade deadline

I think Dwight Howard is a jerk for saying that Orlando should "roll the dice" and keep him until the end of the year. Sounds like he's trying to posture to get on a team that doesn't have to give up valuable assets to get him.

I hope Bogut can get healthy. Warriors would be a whole lot better. Been too long since we've been relevant
Carmelo Anthony wanted to go to NY and now he wants to leave?

Curious if the Celtics can pull anything off.

This isn't really trade deadline-related, but evidently D'Antoni has resigned as coach of the Knickerbockers. Pardon me while I cackle...not for D'Antoni being unemployed, but for the fact that we shipped our cancer to NYC before he could blow up the Nuggets. I feel kinda like I did when I sold all my stocks in Sept of 2008.

The poor Knick fans groan anytime they hear the name Danilo Gallinari.

Melo needs to realize it's Lin's team now!

It was his team for a handful of great games but it won't be now. In D'Antoni's system the point guard runs things. That worked very well and was a lot of fun until Melo came back.

In the future we will look back fondly on the Lin's Knicks era, short though it was, and wonder what might have been!

Melo just stated he wants to stay. ....then D' Antonio resigns...what a mess the Knicks are...... now they rumor Melo & Chandler for Dwight Howard? Look at Denver. Since getting rid of prima donna they have one of the best winning pct in the league.

Big Magic fan here. Dwight is a humongous *#&@# make up your damn mind already. I dont care if you finish out the season, its whats after that, that matter. He is starting to turn into the biggest whiner in the NBA all around. Every turnover has to be a foul to him, not the fact that he still holds the ball down low and cant dribble without being stripped. Make a free throw once in a while if you want to close games.

I'm disappointed in him. Didn't think he would be this kind of prima donna

Agree 100% with what you said. I am SO SICK of these players with their sense of entitlement, Dwight is turning into a bigger douche than LBJ and that whole drama that happened. Orlando just needs a clear answer, MAN UP DWIGHT!

If it was up to me he would be gone to the highest bidder, and go the Denver route last year with the whole Melo drama. Times like these that I love guys like Durant and Rose who quietly just resign with their teams and go to play with what they have.

I love Durant. He didn't have any drama with his contract. He quietly signed and is taking names in OKC.

I call it "The Curse of Robert Parrish." Ever since the W's traded Robert Parrish and the #3 pick (which ended up being Kevin McHale) for Joe "Barely Cares" Carroll, it's been downhill ever since. Run TMC gets broken up, Chris Webber skips town and gets turned into Tom Gugliotta who gets turned into Donyell Marshall. Latell Sprewell chokes PJ Carlesimo. Gilbert Arenas gets really good and leaves. We pick Todd Fuller over Amare, Tracy McGrady and Kobe Bryant! Joe Smith the #1 pick is poop. The We Believe Warriors get blown up.

Yep, Mello is a cancer. I love the new look Nuggets... Gallo, Mozzy, Kosta, Now the nuggets just need to sign Wilson Chandler.

New York wanted there Big 3 Super star team... I wonder how they like it now?

Man I gotta say, The Nuggets Fleeced New York last year in that trade.

New York NEEDS to trade Mello and get as much as they can get and then start over. They still have Lin, Amare, and Chandler and some other real nice pieces... Without Mello there, they could get better quick.
