Jim,

I'm not an LP player but that is real nice!

How'd you find one "never played, never displayed?"

Must be a story behind it, no?

Thanks

Just got it from a friend with a dealership. That's what he told me, and since I know him pretty well, I believe it. Looked totally, completely untouched. Not anymore....hehhehheh
It plays really well, but of course, I don't like the pickups or electronics.
I think I am just going to leave it "as is" for a comparison tool.
Works well like that, just ask Vinni......

Does it have a Braz board? I think you can check the ones from '03 that had the braz from Gibson Custom's website somewhere...

That's a real beauty alright. I just got a new R9 and I'm not too fond of the pickups so far. I'm going to wait awhile and really decide if I want to change them. I'll probably order Goodwoods or Darkbursts from you in the near future. Enjoy that beautiful guitar!

What a beauty!

Just a thought. Why don't you do some clips, and after you change the pups, (You are changing the pups, aren't you?) post some more for comparison.

Actually, what I think I will do is leave it "As Is." And use it to compare their best to anything else I have.......just a thought...
Can't wait to hear that CD, I really liked those guys. Thanx for that short bio on them as well. Very cool

I am not sure on the fingerboard yet, but should know sometime tomorrow I think, and will report back with the info

Or you could use it as a test case and record all your pickups in it lol!
BTW, thanks for the order Jim, I got both sets Saturday.

Are you going to put DiMarzio's or Rio Grande p/u's in it?
