Boss Slow Gear Clone by Behringer???

Behringer is making a copy of the Boss SG-1: http://www.behringer.com/SM200/index.cfm?lang=eng

Now, I know a lot of Behringer pedals aren't the best, but this might be a good way for people without a lot of money to get the SG-1 sound with out paying the dough.

I'm wondering if any of you have seen these out in stores, or (better yet) tried one. The only placed I've been able to find one online so far is B&H photo.

They've got clones of most of Boss's back catalogue out or due out

Sounds good. I'm keeping my eye out for a few of these clones myself.
Let me just say that if you're looking for more options in the delay realm I would suggest the Line 6 Echo Park. Of course, it's much more expensive but it has the "SWELL" setting that does the violin/volume knob effect as well as REVERSE, PING PONG, NORMAL, SLAP and others. Stereo ins and outs and tap tempo too.

Another option is the BYOC lazy sprocket......if you dont mind building it yourself! (although in the end you will probably end up with a better product than the behringer for not a whole lot more)

I already ordered (and received) these: Slow Motion, Ultra Vibrato and Spectrum Enhancer. I can't compare with the originals though

Is the vibrato the UV300? Is it noisy? I want to check this pedal out.

Yes, the UV-300, there's only 1 Behringer Vibrato at the moment.
It gives a nice vibrato, but I can't compare with a VB-2
The latch-switch is interesting, all modulation pedals should have that (or a control pedal).

I'll try all 3 pedals again for noise, but I don't think there was a lot of noise.

How is it possible for them to make copies of so many boss pedals? Does Roland own Berhinger?

Same reason this stuff exists:

Generic stuff has been around forever, don't think its put that many people out of business yet. Plenty of people will pay more for a label or name anyways.

I have a Guyatone SV-2 that I bought on eBay for around $45 in new condition. I had the original Line 6 amps with the swell feature, and I have the Echo Park, but it's in a wet/wet setup so I can't use the swell feature properly. The SV-2 works just like the Line 6 and it's very small - an excellent choice for that kind of effect.
