Hey hdiddy,
it's the gaspedal cam - a one knob germanium fuzz with a cool sparkle paint job. Simple but quite effective.
I'm about to sell mine so I can pay for my textbooks this semester - shoot me a PM if you are interested

I've got a cam and it is a GREAT low gain fuzz. Very usable. Cool that Joe is using one. Also interesting because I don't think it was very well received when it first came out. I absolutely loved mine from the first note.

I've also seen another Joe vid where he's using a Gaspedal Carb - also a great pedal, but more of a low gain OD.

I've seen that video and I also thought that Joe was talking about the Carb.

Jay is a fantastic pedal builder, I recently acquired one of his limited build MK II Gas Bender pedals and could not be more happier with a MK II sound!

The pedal on Joe's board is the Carb-Joe describes it as a combinaton clean boost and fuzz. Per my discussion witht he builder, Jay of Gaspedals, that is a good description of the Carb. Jay has a batch of 25 Carbs just about ready to go with 8 accounted for already. I posted a link to the youtube video where Joe goes through his 2008 Euro rig in the Sound Hound section yesterday. Great sounds from Joe with all of his gear.
