QUITE the opposite!

Just following this concurrent thread on, I believe, an extended version of the same vid.

http://www.thegearpage.net/board/sho...d.php?t=450034

Thanks for posting though; probably worth 2 threads.

No man, check my link again. It's a different video. John and Tomo rockin a slow blues improv. The video starts with Tomo finishing a solo and then John launches into his own thing while Tomo provides the tasty comping. Very cool.

That's an awesome video! I can't believe there's only about half a dozen people in there!

Yeah, I guess this was just before they did Gravity and they hadn't let everyone in yet. There's one shot where the camera pans around the room and if you look closely you can see tons of people outside the door waiting to get in.

DAMN!

This is friggin ridiculous! I thought it was the same other video too, but holy crap. I'm sorry, but I don't care how closeminded of a dick you might be, you simply cannot watch this and AT LEAST give Mayer a nod for being a talented musician. You don't have to like it, but geez. Dude can definitely play.

Not that I was ever a naysayer, but still ... how long do you think it will take for someone to post one of those stupid boilerplate "I didn't watch the vid but JM's body is not MY wonderland, so he sucks and should evaporate already" comments?
