Fretboard Cleaning

What's the most effective, simplest method to clean that classic dark, waxy dirt buildup on fretboards? I've started using Fast Fret which is quite nice for the strings and fret surfaces, but doesn't do anything to clean the actual fretboard.

Drying your fretboard after playing will save a lot of work too.

Thanks guys! You know, the Fast Fret stuff I have is 100% white mineral oil in cake form--didn't realize it works as a fretboard cleaner as well. I'll just scrape a little extra on there and maybe use a toothbrush to scour off the scum. A tip of my RGX A2's headstock to you!
