Old Colorsound Tonebender parts question

I have an old Tonebender circa 1973 that sounds great - but the tone pot is pretty much toast. I've tried cleaning it but it doesn't help. I took it to a local tech and he said that it was an oddball pot - and didn't know what he could use to replace it. Does anyone know ? Any info on what pot to get would be very helpful !
