Custom Travel Guitar Build

After trying a couple travel guitars, I wasn't happy with what is currently available. For the past couple years I've been using a short scale Washburn X series guitar which is actually not that bad. After selling some gear to fund the project, I've decided to have a custom travel guitar built. It is pretty far along and I expect it to be done in the next few weeks. The builder who will be revealed as this thread progresses has been sending me pictures along the way and it has been one of the most collaborative experiences I've had with a custom build. Here is the first picture in a series which I will post over the next couple weeks. It is the block of koa that the instrument was born:

Best of luck with it. I really wanted one but every production travel guitar was horrible. But Kevin Brubaker built me an incredible one. Just a superb guitar. It can be done.

Would love to see that Brubaker travel guitar.
And I'm guessing this build to be a Brunner?

+1 I would like to see the Brubaker also. It is not a Brunner but it is also going to be an electric. Here is a shot of what I believe is the top, bookmatched and joined:

I'll try to get a picture of the Brubaker up. It is wild, like everything he does. Very fun!

It is not Scott French but I think his guitars are really nice. Here is the neck wood. It is Bolivian Rosewood (Morado) with a Brazilian Cherry core:

Here is a big hint for the builder, this is a shot of the top of the guitar, you can also see the layer of Bolivian Rosewood (Morado) under the koa which will be carved at the edges to look like binding. It is going to be a semi-hollowbody with with two Amalfitano mini humbuckers:
