Best 2 ch clean/bluesy drive amp that is under $1500

Just as the title suggests, looking for an amp that I can use for cleans and bluesy overdrive, 2 channels, reverb, and under $1500. I'm new to this type of amp genre as i've mainly focused on the rock side of things.

Fender? rivera? mesa...?

Check out the new PRS "H" series head (6L6). Have also seen the "C" series (EL34) for under $1500 too (new). 50 watts - 2 ch. - 'verb. I personally think they sound great. I'd buy one. Go take a listen out on youtube. This price range is pretty crowded: there are lot's of nice amps for under $1500 (especially if you pick one up used), but the PRS is one of my current fave's.

Mesa express 5:50. 4 settings of sound on two channels. I record on the 5 watt setting which is great. It has alot of head room and you can dial in the amount of overdrive for either channel.

Yeah, I'd say a Mesa Lonestar, either the Special or the Classic. Great amps....

At that price the Mesa Lone Star Classic is the thing without a doubt. Drive channel is underappreciated and phenomenal as a singing lead platform. It gets a lame rep from people who haven't been able to find their thing with it. Clean channel is amazing, like a well worn Fender.

Bogner Duende. 18 watts of stackable goodness! Gotta get her used for your price-point.

I have an Egnater Rebel 30 head that fits that description. If you live near a Guitar Center, you can probably find one to try in-store.

Think I will do a fender drri with an ocd pedal. The cleans sound better to me than the lonestar, and it is half the price! Boogie cleans just sound thin to me for some reason, compared to fenders. Thanks for the suggestions

Used Mesa Mark IV (if your tastes change the amp can too. Can get cool dynamic blues tones with my p90 Goldtop). I like Mark series cleans a lot.

Budda Superdrive with reverb in the loop.

I'm not big on most amps reverbs and there some killer reverb pedals out there. Love the mister springy, Hermida, and spring chicken.
