sonic research TURBO TUNER customer service

my turbo tuner foot switch has been acting on the funny side for a couple months..

a couple of weeks ago i just could not deal with it any more. after tuning up when i would engage the switch to bypass the tuner to play and either nothing happened or only a small amount of guitar signal would get to the amp. maybe after several stomps the pedal would allow all the signal to the amp..

my tuner is way out of warranty so i didnt expect much..contacted via email sonic research and they returned email with a RMA number and told me to send it to them

two weeks and i heard nothing,,i called them and was told they didnt see any problem,, i expained what it was doing and they changed the switch and sent it back working perfectly and with out a charge to me

so i want to thank sonic research for a great product and even better service especially with a out or warranty pedal
