Is the Memory Lane JR worth replacing the Carbon Copy?

Just saw this and was curious. I mean saw clips of the ML jr. The ML and ML 2 are out of my price range and wasn't really thinking of replacing the CC but I was reading up on the ML jr and figured why not get the Diamond Trem and ML jr and call it a day with my funds and stop bugging you nice peoplewith all my threads. Anyway, is the ML jr worth replacing the CC delay, I like ambient delay, like hazy delay if ya know what I'm saying.
